CHANGE IN POLICY: The Board will hear public comments on any topic at the beginning of each regular meeting. Public Comments will no longer be heard at the end of each meeting. A Request for Public Comment form (attached) must be completed before the meeting begins. The completed form can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to 1pm on the meeting date, hand delivered to an Administrative staff member before the beginning of the meeting, or all the information on the form can be typed into the Zoom Chat before the start of Public Comment.
